The premium train will be flagged off from Bengaluru's SMV Terminal on November 1, 2026. Regular operations from Mumbai will begin on November 2, while services from Bengaluru will commence on November 3.
The train will operate six days a week in both directions, with different weekly operating schedules for the two services.

During its journey, the Sleeper Vande Bharat Express will cover important commercial, industrial and regional destinations across Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Its major stoppages will include Kalyan, Pune, Solapur, Kalaburagi, Yadgir, Raichur, Guntakal and Anantapur.
With its 16-coach configuration and overnight schedule, the new service will establish a direct Sleeper Vande Bharat connection between Mumbai and Bengaluru, linking major destinations across three states and providing passengers with an additional rail travel option between western and southern India.
